The Hudson County Sierra Club & JC Birds is holding a spring Nature Walk at Lincoln Park West on May 18, starting at 10 am. The trail runs along a refurbished marsh on the shore of the Hackensack River. This time of year we should see many species of birds, both residents and migrants passing through.

HCSC is an activist group involved in the fight for a clean and green Hudson County. They organize outings & events, advocate for parks & greenways, support transportation alternatives (mass transit, bike lanes, safe streets), fight climate change and work to elect environmentally-friendly public officials.
