President Emeritus:
Congratulations Helen Manogue
Hudson River Waterfront Conservancy congratulates and thanks Helen Minogue for her more than 15 years of leadership of the Conservancy. Helen led the efforts to pass the legislation that created the Walkway under the Public Trust Doctrine in opposition to those who for commercial gain would restrict the public’s access to the waterfront.
As president of the Hudson River Waterfront Conservancy Helen worked with the NJDEP and others to make the Waterfront Walkway a reality. The Conservancy continues to build on Helen’s work to keep the Walkway maintained as an important permanent recreational and transportation facility for the citizens of New Jersey.
The Conservancy wishes her well in her retirement.
We depend on the generosity of people like you.
