We had a wonderful well-attended Hudson River Waterfront Conservancy of NJ (HRWC) walk, on Earth Day 2026, along Hoboken’s waterfront, narrated by Bob Foster, long-serving Director of the Hoboken Historical Museum. Noelle Thurlow, Board member of HRWC, and Founder and Director of Resilience Adventures, explained her organization’s conservation and estuary stewardship work along the Hudson River. Ron Hine, Founder and Executive Director of Fund for a Better Waterfront, shared their Hoboken waterfront efforts over the many years. Combining the dedicated work of all these non-profit organizations, Hoboken’s Hudson River Waterfront Walkway is a vibrant public space with spectacular unobstructed Manhattan skyline views.
